Electrifying: The Mountains of Salt Lake City

One of the most breathtaking mountain views ever as I descended from my hike. The mountains make beautiful backdrops behind the canyon with the clouds aligning so perfectly from above. 

Whimsical Pastel Sunset on the Canyon

After capturing the clear view of the canyon on the plane, I decided to have a little fun with the photo and create different effects. After adding a dreamy sunset to the background and altering the colors to give it an orange-pink vibe, I tweaked the imagery even more with rough pastels for a smooth painterly vibe. One last element? Incorporating some human aspect to the photo.
