The colors become muted and soft but still bright enough where sights are visible. 

The clouds have higher contrast and are more prominent. 

The skyscrapers stand tall and get ready to illuminate into the night. 

Festive Trees, Cars and Headlights Exposure

Another one of those days with pouring rain--but even that does not deter me from taking this picture. The lights in the trees with the shining car headlights add extra color and flair to the bright holiday scene.
