Shielding ourselves from the wind storm outside, we stand inside marveling at the one-of-a-kind art inspired by Iceland's geography, surrounded by layers of glass and basalt column outlines. 

High Museum of Art: Interior Architecture & Reflections

The High Museum of Art may have a wide collection of historical paintings, but the interior and exterior design of the building is completely modern. The walkways present the right opportunity to capture the exquisite architecture from top to bottom. As the light continues to shift throughout the day, the reflections add an extra dramatic flair to the scene.

Chihuly Garden & Glass Part III: Multi-color glass ceiling art surround this room with light reflections all throughout the walls.

The stream of colors from the lights and the cool reflections add an eclectic touch to this already magnificent piece of work!

Suzzallo Library's Historical Architecture and Design

The famous Suzzallo Library at the University of Washington, often known as the "Harry Potter room" by visitors. 

The peaceful, mystical library is known for its historical collegiate gothic architecture and interior design and is one of the most recognizable building on campus!

Mirrored Ceiling Illusion and Art Reflections in Harajuku

A tunnel of people...upside down and everywhere all around.

This is one of the coolest entranceways into a mall in Harajuku with mirrored walls, mirrored ceilings and everything in between. Right in the middle, you can see everyone walking and watch all of that be reflected above. I especially loved the grey and white color cast and seeing that be reflected everywhere was spectacular. This reminds me of the Cloud Gate in Chicago where you can walk under the bean and see similar types of reflections.

Land of the Free: Intricate Library Designs & Architecture

One of the most intriguing historical libraries I've ever seen. Exquisite art and mosaic, colorful patterns are etched into all aspects of the Library of Congress, from column designs to chandeliers to ceilings and more. I particularly loved this view of the library interiors as it captures the splendid artistry and the magnificent statue all in one piece. The statue also illustrates the meaning of freedom for us all.

Westfield Mall Part III: I came across these playful cloud art displays right below the dome and of course, had to catch these in their beautiful forms.

Grace Cathedral's Glorious Interior Architecture Design

The Grace Cathedral church in Nob Hill has the most heavenly interior design and architecture inside made of raw concrete and steel. Marvelous, colorful artwork and creations surround the cathedral offering inspirations everywhere. I captured this picture and gave it a positive spin with tweaks to the color. I adjusted the hue and saturation, and added in hints of purple and blue for a cool feel.

Shimmering Christmas Tree Lights Under the Dome

Westfield Mall Part I: I was so excited to see this gleaming display right under the dome at the Westfield Mall! This upside down Christmas tree adds the perfect festivities and touches to the holiday season.
