Falljökull Glacier Part II: Ice, ice, ice everywhere.
On a steep hill, on flat surfaces...their shiny texture and hard exterior continues to take over the glacier, expanding our horizon.
Imagery at a dream state. A mix of photography and digital art infused with color and texture.
Falljökull Glacier Part II: Ice, ice, ice everywhere.

Falljökull Glacier Part I: Nothing can compare to the awe you experience being on a glacier.
We surround ourselves with penguins (humans) as we walk (stomp) on the ice through the steep incline and into the ice cave. This fresh piece of ice transcends all wonders with its turquoise crystallized shape, texture, and sharp tones.
The loud yet calming sounds of the waterfall captures our attention--and holds it--as we make our way around the walkway, catching all angles of the falls.
Black Sand Beach Part II: The sharp ridges, edges, and textures of the cliffs come alive on this day as we battle against wind and rain.
The gloomy overcast sky surprisingly creates the ideal atmosphere.

Black Sand Beach Part I: It's like straight out of a black and white movie.
You don't exactly think of going to a beach on a grey, dreary, drizzling afternoon. But the black sand and cliffs create such a moody, evocative contrast against the white sky as the strong waves crash onto shore.
Canals are everywhere around the city. What sets this one apart is the famous floating flower market aligned so perfectly with the exquisite architecture framed in the background and the reflections by the water.
Striking Dutch renaissance architecture can be found all over Amsterdam. Regardless of weather or the time of day, they create such mesmerizing water reflections and contrasting art by the canals.
Singapore's Waterfront Promenade offers picturesque views of the city skyline. The unique ArtScience museum takes the lead with its famous design and vibrant purple-blue reflections over the waters.
I used a similar color scheme as the dazzling lights to sweep the sky with a soft yet striking painterly effect.

Lush green space can be found everywhere across Singapore, adorning skyscrapers and sky terraces (both indoors, outdoors) in a scenic, artsy way.
Roaming in the wild...anything is possible.
When you're close to 10,000 feet above ground level, you feel quite invincible. I had a bit of fun with this image, using the railings, glass reflections, and blue hues of the sunset sky to create this imagery. Duplicating the photo, adding human elements, and some sparkly effects create an enchanting, unusual image.
Hefner Lake and Park Part V: Placid waters and soothing colors in the sky during the twilight hour.
We're all mesmerized by the beauty of the surrounding nature, watching the clear skies jump into all shades of colors until it transitions into muted tones before descending into dusk.
Hefner Lake and Park Part IV: The lighthouse glows every other second into all the colors of the rainbow.
Blue artificial lights captivate the scene, as the vibrant blue and orange skies of twilight dazzle in the back.

Hefner Lake and Park Part III: Dark azure blue skies have taken over.
The blue lights radiating from the lighthouse splendidly complements the cool hues of the stratosphere.
Mission Dolores Basilica Church Part II: The golden hour (and the hour leading up to it) presents some of the best photographic moments. Buildings just look and hit differently depending on the lighting, the weather, and time of day. I love how this pic of the church looks like it's taken closer to blue hour and offers such a calming, chill presence. You can see the intricate details of the structure even more vividly during this moment.
The ridges, outlines, and contrasting colors of the San Gorgonio Mountains create an astonishing photo when captured on camera.
Add in the crystal clear blue skies and this truly shines.
A new year = a new beginning.
High above the mountains at over 8,000 feet, we are reminded of how quickly things can change and how vast the world really is. Opportunities present itself everywhere; we just need to take the leap in making that first step.
