Pylon Lookout Part I: The color of Sydney Opera House continues to transform throughout the day from white to glowing yellow as the direction of the sun (or lack thereof) changes as the hours fly by.
One of my favorite captures is during twilight as the mostly cloudy sky absorbs some of the fading sunset colors and the lights begin to flicker into the evening.
When you're 114 floors high above overlooking the city, everything looks small in comparison.
As sunset morphs into twilight and then into darkness, the skyscrapers light up and have a translucent quality to them, creating a futuristic, somewhat dystopian society.
I added in other effects, using colors from this shot and dropping in a distorted wave filter to enhance this even more.
One look at this and we're transported to Europe.
The sun begins to rise, with hints of color in the horizon brightening the mountains. Clear skies and simple white houses envelope the scene.

Singapore's Waterfront Promenade offers picturesque views of the city skyline. The unique ArtScience museum takes the lead with its famous design and vibrant purple-blue reflections over the waters.
I used a similar color scheme as the dazzling lights to sweep the sky with a soft yet striking painterly effect.

Filoli Gardens Part III: The autumn season doesn't make an appearance until winter in California. With the holiday lights and decorations added to the mix, the gardens come alive. An array of rustic colors create a marvelous scenery for us to behold.

This stunning scissor-like sculpture illuminates the walkway on the pedestrian bridge, high above the freeway and away from the sparkling skyscrapers in downtown.
Skydance Bridge Part I: Just keep on dancing and glowing.
This one-of-a-kind art sculpture sits on top of a pedestrian bridge and can be seen on the freeway right below! An abstract creation that resembles a pair of scissors with a cool, cutting-edge look, adding to Oklahoma City's spectacular art scene.
The vibrant orange color on this sculpture also gives striking resemblances to Tokyo Tower's orange-colored lights at night.

teamLab's extraordinary digital art dazzles the Marina Bay Sands mall with streams of lights in ever-changing colors from top to bottom, illuminating the food court at night.
The vibrant colors and abstract creations in anime and video games always amazes me. I wanted to develop digital art that blends a mix of reality with fiction and the skyline views of Singapore was the ideal starting point.
After adjusting the colors with a blend of turquoise and salmon hues to give it a futuristic look and feel, I added in a mix of wavy lightning strikes in the sky to create the perfect finish.
Dairy Block is an extraordinary block filled with restaurants, shops, and a hotel all tied together in a mini historic district right in the heart of downtown. With distinctive art and everchanging lights at night, it makes for a memorable walk down.
Reunion Tower Imagery Part II: You can find so much inspiration from the skyline in Dallas. I used the Bank of America Plaza as the focal point for this creation, changing this up drastically with a focus on a dark midnight blue sky and sparkly colorful stream of lights falling from above.
Supertree Grove Part II: Within the span of around 15 minutes, every color of the rainbow popped up and took over the scene at Gardens by the Bay. The yellow-orange and red colors here were beyond eye-catching and had the best contrast against the dark night sky.
