A super stormy, humid day couldn't stop my adventures in the Katong district as I explored the rows and rows of vibrant Peranakan houses. Pink, turquoise, orange, and golden shades create the perfect imagery and inspiration. 

That Orange Glow: Supertree Grove at Night

Supertree Grove Part II: Within the span of around 15 minutes, every color of the rainbow popped up and took over the scene at Gardens by the Bay. The yellow-orange and red colors here were stunning and had the best contrast against the dark night sky.

Blue, pink, purple, and red lights adorn the famous Helix Bridge and Marina Bay Sands, creating the perfect frame for this photo.

The alluring beauty of these water lilies can be found everywhere--from all angles and perspectives.

Changing up the hues and offering a slight contrast to the colors sharpens the tones and makes the lilies stand out even more.

Peranakan houses can be found all over Singapore. Block after block in Chinatown comes eclectic buildings ranging from pastel to bright colors and floral prints?! 

Fort Canning Tree Tunnel's Stunning Spiral Beauty

This is a famous spot for photos, photoshoots and the like. The open circle above exposes the trees in all of its glory. The coolest part is that the everchanging weather and lighting throughout the day can change the viewpoint and atmosphere pretty quickly. 

Add in a spiral staircase, sleekly modern grey colors, and the right angle...you'll land on the perfect capture. 

Let it Fall: Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport

The world's largest indoor waterfall is free and it glows daily at night with a light show at the Jewel Changi airport. From colors ranging from yellow, orange, salmon, red to green, blue, and purple, it's truly a sight that cannot be missed. 

Spring in Bloom: Sakura Trees in Style

It's that time of year where sakura trees are back in bloom. 

In this small, hidden park above the tunnel, I spot these light pink flowers sitting beautifully on these tree branches, creating the perfect spring mood.

Infinite Love: Colorful Art that Transcends

Yayoi Kusama's Infinite Love art series are nothing short of amazing. 

This unique mirror piece filled with abstract inflatable objects across the room creates stunning visuals and surreal viewpoints from all angles and dimensions. 

We truly are small dots in this world, combined together to create endless possibilities. 

Beauty After the Storm: Sunset Colors in the Clouds

The clouds can be the most erratic, unique, and astonishing after a storm, creating unexpected shapes, textures, and views across the sky.

This was quite the spectacle, seeing the different cloud patterns as the sun started to set on a winter day. 

Modern Twist in Lisbon: Glass Ceiling Interior Design

A 20 minute car ride away from the historic part of Lisbon is an updated, modern neighborhood with a futuristic twist, offering a stark contrast to the other popular spots. Centro Vasco da Gama mall has this stunning glass ceiling interior design that captured my attention! The sleek silver and white colors add an extra chic city vibe.

Dragons and Yellow Lanterns at Yokohama Chinatown

Yokohama Chinatown Part II: One of the most stylish Chinatowns I've ever seen. Almost every corner there is a pagoda gate with colorful displays from restaurants and shops surrounding the neighborhood. 

These long, yellow lanterns and the dragon-like shape caught my attention and stole the show!

Ethereal Garden Dreams: Blue-Green Imagery

ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden Part III: There was something about these older wooden doors, the shadows of the trees, and the tranquility of it all that made me want to capture this moment.

I decided to give this photo more of a dreamy feel by adding in blue-green filters, which brings in more of an ethereal quality to this scene, further highlighting the sharpness and clarity of the tree leaves and the reflections. 

Feel the Colors: Pastel Sunset Sweeping the Sky

Sandia Mountains Part III: Timing is everything. From Sandia Peak, I managed to catch the sunset at the perfect window, with the clouds at its most vibrant color. The orange hues peak out for a few minutes across the sky before fading into softer colors and into grayness.

Streets of Porto: Aligning Up to Clerigos Church

Porto has beautiful cobblestone steps, small streets and walkways, a mix of neutral and colorful (extremely narrow!) buildings, and we can't forget about those steep hills. On this particular pathway, I love the alignment of all the buildings and how perfect is is with the twists and turns of the street, leading up to the famous Clerigos Church. 

Step into the Light: Mysterious Trees Ahead

Another walk into the unknown. All the trees surrounding me in this somewhat secluded park led me deep into the forest, the fogginess creating such a mysterious, fantastical feel. I decided to play around with the layers, creating a lighter effect and shifting various layers around to give a blurry, faded light effect. 

Railway to Infinity & Beyond: The Pier by the Waters

It's all about perspective. We can presume that we're heading towards a dead end or we're sailing onwards into infinity.
