Sunset Colors: Pink + Orange Dreams at the Walkway

Pier 7 Walkway Sunset Part I: One of the most photogenic walkways ever, mesmerizing during day, sunset, and night. Before the lights turned on, I captured this picture of the setting sun from the other side. 

Clear skies are covered by a couple wispy high clouds, with the Bay Bridge and pastel hues complementing it in the background.

That unbelievable view just after sunrise as the sky begins to clear up and the fog slowly evaporates. 

The skyscrapers, water, hills, and bridges start to show their true colors. 

An Ode to San Francisco Collage

All the sights and delights wrapped into one whole piece.

I captured a range of images of the famous city, from its cable cars to the ferry building to stand-out architectural designs and other outdoor spaces at night...

...and decided to compile it together into a nice, dark, moody collage with a mix of color-blocked designs, raindrop effects, and various textures to showcase the foggy city in a different light. 

Magnificent Walkway: Colorful Gradient Imagery

Pier 7 Walkway Daytime Part I: One of my favorite spots in the city that offers the best views of downtown San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, and surrounding waters.

After taking this image, I decided to add in a faded gradient filter effect with partly saturated colors. The blue and red hues add the perfect contrast to this, offering up a warm yet cool vibe--the best contradiction.

A super blue sky with hints of yellow-pink hues as the sun starts to set. The water gets even bluer and deeper as it prepares to enter into twilight and nightfall.

A shocking yet tranquil yellow-orange sunset by the Bay Bridge. I loved the soft glow of this and the effects the color of the sky has on the bridge and the water. I decided to add a couple blur circle designs to elevate the magical feel of the photo.

I love how perfect this sunset is--so simple yet magical with its pastel colors and soft, clear skies. Absolutely a classic.

This is a rare and spectacular scene of the Bay Bridge! Normally the bridge is either shrouded in fog completely, the sky is partly sunny/cloudy, or it is completely clear...but this was an exception.

After taking this, I decided to add more of a mysterious, delicate vibe to the photo by including rose-colored filters mixed with faded blue tones for a vintage-y, dreamy effect.

After many days of clouds and fog, the overcast skies finally cleared up. Through this archway, you can spot everything else in the horizon.
